I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location by the creek was enjoyable, especially for the kids, and the staff were incredibly friendly. However, the room we got was quite bare and a bit depressing, and there were some issues with service, particularly when it came to addressing maintenance problems. Overall, it has potential but could use some improvements to really shine.

The room we stayed in was bare and felt a bit depressing. It didn't quite meet my expectations, but I heard that with an upgrade, the rooms can be much better.
Service

The staff were terrific and very friendly, from the front desk to the maids. Unfortunately, they didn't follow up on the leaking toilet issue I reported.

The location is fantastic, right next to the creek. It was also conveniently close to an event we were attending in Buena Vista.
Dining

Dining options were decent, not fine dining but good enough with tasty homemade breakfast that was fairly priced.
Facilities

The facilities included nice creekside pools, but the pools could have had better monitoring for safety.

I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hot pools and event venues were really nice, offering a great atmosphere for relaxation. While the rooms were lovely, they could use some furniture like chairs and tables, and I found them a bit overpriced. The service was hit or miss; some staff were excellent, but others seemed rude and unhelpful when needed. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic, especially by the creek, and the room I had was pleasant, though it could use some updates. Unfortunately, the service wasn't the friendliest, which dampened my overall experience. Dining was decent, with good portions, but not fine dining quality. Overall, it’s a nice spot but it has a few areas that need improvement.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the beautiful location and various amenities. The rooms were nice but had some issues, especially given the price I paid. While the service was mostly accommodating, I noticed the staff appeared a bit overworked during peak times. Overall, it’s a great place for family-friendly activities, but the dining experience left a little to be desired.

Rooms

The rooms were nice with a kitchenette and a cozy seating area, plus I appreciated the fireplace and the two TVs. However, some things were out of order during my stay, which was a letdown considering I spent $300 per night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, although it seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed on weekends. They were pleasant, and I appreciated their efforts to ensure we enjoyed our time.
Location

The location is beautiful, nestled among various recreational options, and the pathways, while lovely, became slick with ice in the evenings, so watch your step!
Dining

The location is fantastic, especially at this time of year. Although the dining options were decent, they could certainly improve. Overall, it's a great value for money, but there are a few areas that need attention.
